i found the location ideal, right by the main bus terminal making island exploration simple. the staff were friendly and happily stored my luggage before check-in. i booked breakfast directly and found enough variety with attentive service.

The water from the shower felt a bit strange, almost gelatinous. It was still usable though.

i was thrilled with the location near the bus station. i also found the staff was extra helpful when i needed directions. the breakfast choices were excellent, and the rooms were perfectly clean.

the lighting in the hallways was a little dim.

The location was prime. It was steps from the main bus terminal. the hotel's proximity to restaurants, bars, and shops meant everything was easily accessible and close by, how fun. the train station was also only a short walk away!

The breakfast had a great selection. mostly continental items plus scrambled eggs and bacon, how good. the breakfast area was really clean, and staff made sure everything was topped up. It was really well maintained.

the hotel's location rocks it is next to the main bus terminal. this made getting around super easy. i also liked how central it was, a short walk to restaurants and shops! the staff were friendly and helpful, letting me drop off my luggage early.

the rooms could use some love there were dirty permanent stains and super tight rooms. the furniture seemed old and the tv wasn't working which was a bummer. i even got stuck in the elevator a couple of times, which wasn't fun.

The cleanliness was not great, to be honest. The carpet in the hallway was stained. The room floor needed replacing too. The bathroom seemed old, even rundown. I think the hotel needs some serious updating.
